One last thing is that the coolant was suppose to be flushed, but doesn’t look fresh for 3 days, which is why I want a second opinion. Truck was purchased from a different dealership, but this is close to me, and has been serviced her since I got it in 2019, except 1 warranty repair on front end, about 6 months after purchase. Manager is good about not admitting to the department of being wrong, but did just admit that the tires don’t look like they have been rotated, admits the air filter is extremely dirty, but just says he understands. I am sitting here now and letting them take a spark plug out to show they replaced them, which I’ve owned the truck since new, and it’s only a little over 100,000 miles, and the plugs look good, but dirty for 3 days old. I asked as I was paying, if anything came back on the report, and the tech said no, which I noticed that there was no new sticker to notify me of when my next oil change was needed, and that my rear turn signal bulb was out, which has been bad for about a month or so. Wouldn’t show me reports of inspection sheet, and said they couldn’t pull it up, because I already paid the bill.
